On top of a drumlin. Circular grass and scrub-covered area (diam. 31m E-W), which remains unplanted in a mixed wood, defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5-6m; int. H 0.15-0.9m; ext. H 1.1-1.4m) S-NNW and scarp (H 1-1.2m) N-E-SSE, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.5m; D 0.1-0.2m) at NW and SE. There is no identifiable original entrance.
