Fairy fort / earthen ringfort

What is recorded here

Towards the bottom of a SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 36.8m E-W; 34m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.3m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.4m) NW-N which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.45m at S to 1.5m at W) elsewhere, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 6.8m; Wth of base 5m; D 0.4m at W to 1m at N) W-NNE. There is no visible entrance, but a rectangular house-site (RO016-050002-) (int. dims 9m N-S; 7m E-W) defined by earthen banks (Wth 2.5-2.7m; H 0.2-0.5m) which is inside the perimeter at W has been partially quarried away together with the perimeter here.
