Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cartron (hartland), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle east-facing slope about 150 metres from the north end of Grange Lough. A circular area roughly 34 metres across once displayed an earthen bank and slight traces of a fosse, but the features are no longer visible at ground level in the pasture.
On a gentle E-facing slope, c. 150m from the N end of Grange Lough, which lies to the E. Described as a circular area (diam. c. 34m N-S) defined by an earthen bank and slight traces of a fosse (Gannon 1972). It is not now visible at ground level in pasture.
