Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrowngarry, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies an oval grass-covered area 28m north-south and 23m east-west on the SSW-facing slope of an E-W spur. An earthen bank 3-4.5m wide and 0.3-1.7m high defines the north-east perimeter, reducing to a 1-1.45m scarp elsewhere, while an outer fosse 6.5m wide and 0.6m deep cuts the south-west and north-west edges. A pond has been dug immediately outside the eastern perimeter, and Rath RO016-042 stands about 40m to the northwest.

On the SSW-facing slope of an E-W spur. Oval grass-covered but poached area (dims. 28m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-4.5m; int. H 0.3-1m; ext. H 0.7-1.7m) N-E which is reduced to a scarp (H 1-1.45m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of base 6.5m; D 0.6m) SW-NW.
