Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrowncloghan, County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears only on the 1837 Ordnance Survey map as a circular embanked enclosure about thirty-five metres across, situated in a hollow on an undulating landscape. The earthworks are no longer visible at ground level in the pasture.
Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m) only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in a hollow on an undulating landscape. It is not visible at ground level in pasture.
