What is recorded here

Economy Cove in Cornwall consists of Upper Devonian slate and sandstone, formed around 360 million years ago through sedimentary deposition and subsequent regional metamorphism. The cove is notable for its well-exposed coastal cliffs that provide a classic example of the transition between the Penwith and Kerrier geological formations.
