In rough wet pasture S of possible barrows (LI040-049007/011-) Not marked on OSi historic maps. Possible cropmark site (No. 040242) identified as a potential site visible as a circular shaped soil or grass discolouration during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/50000 2551) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimages. Relic field boundary running NW-SE visible on Google Earth orthoimages. A well is marked in this area on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map. Doubtful antiquity.
