Earthwork in Carroweighter is an earthwork in Carroweighter, County Roscommon, Ireland. The flat-topped mound sits at the crest of a south-facing slope about fifty metres southeast of the church and within the graveyard. Its base spans roughly twenty-nine metres north-south and twenty-eight metres east-west, while the top measures about twenty by thirteen metres. Height varies from one metre on the north and west to two point two metres on the south.
At the crest of a S-facing slope c. 50m SSE of the church (RO034-080001-) and within the graveyard (RO034-080002-). This is a flat-topped and grave-covered mound (dims of top c. 20m N-S; c. 13m E-W; diam. of base c. 29m N-S; c. 28m E-W). The height varies from c. 1m on the N and W (upslope) to 1.7m at E and 2.2m at S. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
