Situated on flat pasture in an upland area with an earthwork site (TN026-009) to the W. Depicted as a circular enclosure on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map. Not visible at ground level. A modern house now occupies the site. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
