What is recorded here

Éamonn Ceannt commanded the fourth battalion during the Easter Rising and died by firing squad in Kilmainham Gaol on 8 May 1916. He had spent his earlier years teaching Irish, playing music and believing that language could rebuild a nation. His marriage to Áine and the birth of Ronan gave that belief a household, a child and a future it could not protect.
Éamonn Ceannt is recorded as a memorial in County Dublin. Its open map record supplies this location and any linked names or public references.
