Explorer Tom Laganabeastie Burn has a shieling hut in Dumfries and Galloway that keeps getting picked on by the wind because it looks like it’s tilting over. It’s got that medieval uncertainty where you’re not sure if it’s real or just a very good impression of a ruin. Tell the kids it's a castle. Close enough.
Explorer Tom Highmilldown is a site with no period assigned, which means it’s basically a mystery box. I think it has an imaginary fan club of local rabbits who dig holes in its honor. It’s got that 'I was here' energy without saying much. Bring your nan, she'll know more than me.
