Druidical Altar is a ruined portal tomb in County Cavan where four large stones and a displaced slab now support a makeshift shed. The structure has likely stood beside a field fence since the megalithic era, outliving every boundary drawn around it. People may have stored tools, sheltered from rain or simply reused what the land already provided. The dead chamber became a living workplace, not through forgetting but through adaptation.

This monument lies in a forest and is incorporated in a field fence. Greatly ruined, it consists of four large orthostats and a large displaced slab leaning over them. The structure has been converted for use as a shed by the addition of masonry walling. Although difficult to interpret, the remains appear to be those of a portal tomb. Two tall orthostats, both about 2m high, stand roughly in line and 0.55m apart at the W. Running to the NE from the middle of each is another stone. These two are about half as high as the tall orthostats. The leaning slab, a displaced roofstone, rests with one side against the northern of the two tall stones and another side on the ground at the E.
