What is recorded here

Two stones stand half a metre apart on a gentle slope above the Funshion River, their tops likely level when upright. The south stone leans against its neighbour like a tired guard resting after a long watch. Cows graze around them now, but the stones have stood since before roads, names or memory. They do not explain themselves. They wait, patient as river water, for someone to stop and listen.

In pasture, on gentle slope on N side of Funshion River. Two stones standing 0.5m apart with parallel E-W axes. North stone is erect (H 2.05m; 1.35m x 0.7m). South stone leans against other stone (H 2.4m if erect; 1.7m x 0.6m); tops of both stones likely to be level if latter was upright.
