Overview
Once a house, it now serves as guest house. Built around 1820, Devon View on Pearse Square is an attached two-storey house with three bays. Devon View on Pearse Square helps define the historic street scene at Pearse Square. A fanlight, cast-iron railings and a hipped slate roof survive.
