Dermot and Granias Bed is a wedge tomb in County Clare, Ireland, where ancient stones still lean against the sky. People may have laid their dead beneath those broad rocks while expecting the earth to keep their names safe. Grania may have spoken to Dermot across years, her voice arriving through soil and stone instead of forgetting. The tomb remains a chamber for love, memory and the patience of dead people.
