In pasture, on N-facing slope. Stone is prostrate (L 1.7m; 0.4m x 0.3m), lying beside field fence to W. According to local information, removed to present position c. 1978. Possibly one of two standing stones (9999) recorded by Bowman (1934, 87) on James Curtin's land, '...21/2ft high, 7ft in girth'.
