Cùl na Bèinge is a sea cliff or coastal rock feature composed of metamorphic rocks, likely of Precambrian to early Paleozoic age. These rocks were formed through high-pressure and high-temperature deformation of older sedimentary or igneous rocks, typical of the Scottish Caledonides, and the feature is notable for its association with the ancient geological history of the region.
