This cross-slab used to be at Teampall Bhreacáin (GA110-010001-) but it is now located in the Ulster Museum. It is a small rectangular slab (c. 0.43m by 0.34m; T 0.06m) decorated with a Greek cross with expanded terminals set within a double circle. An inscription above the circle reads: CETHERNACH (Waddell 1973, 23, no. 18). (Crawford 1913, 154 (h); Higgins 1987, vol. 2, 359, no. 81)

Probably dating to the early medieval period (7th–10th century), the cross-slab likely served a Christian commemorative or liturgical function, reflecting the spread of Christianity in Ireland. Its Greek cross design with expanded terminals is typical of Insular art traditions.
