Cross

Cross described in 1996 as follows; 'This large stone cross, with roughly hollowed lower angles, lies in two pieces on the N wall of a building identified as the 'guesthouse' [KE104A001026-]. It was depicted standing close to the building in a nineteenth century engraving (Dunraven 1875, 29). L: 1.82m X Wth 0.73m x T 0.16m' (O'Sullivan and Sheehan 1996, 290, no. 948 (82)). Both pieces of the cross now lie on the ground within the 'guesthouse'. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
