What is recorded here

Sixty-three centimetres of broken stone still stands at the edge of the Monks' Graveyard in Sceilg Mhichíl, its arms lost but its base intact. The slab narrows toward the ground like a finger pressing into earth, marking where devotion met death on the Iveragh peninsula. Whoever set it there understood that even a fractured cross could hold the weight of a prayer.
