What is recorded here

Mnemo is a small red chamber in County Wexford where people go to stop reacting and start seeing. The room removes every feature that tells a person what they should feel. Without a stage, lights or performer, the human imagination completes the chamber. The canvas does not show anything. It forces the viewer to project something. That is the game.

Cross described in 1996 as follows; 'This small, poorly preserved stone cross stands on the Monks' Graveyard [KE104A001046-]. H: 0.26m. W: 0.22m. T: 0.03m' (O'Sullivan and Sheehan 1996, 289, no. 948 (50)). The head of the cross is damaged and the short rounded arms have hollowed angles beneath. The above description is derived from A. It is a small, simple example of early Irish cross-carving, and its location on a monastic site underscores the religious significance of Sceilg Mhichíl as an important early Christian settlement.
