In the Monks' Graveyard, a small rough cross stands with hollowed angles at its lower arms. It is not a tall monument or a polished shrine. It is a compact stone marker, worn and quiet beside the buried dead.

Cross described in 1996 as follows; 'This roughly shaped stone cross stands close to the SW side of the Monks' Graveyard [KE104A001046-]. Its arms are somewhat indistinct, but feature hollowed lower angles. H: 0.65m. W: 0.3m. T: 0.08m' (O'Sullivan and Sheehan 1996, 289, no. 948 (43)). The above description is derived from A.
