Leaba an Spioraid Naoimh stands beside Teampaill Bhreacáin in Eoghanacht, holding a small broken cross that may predate the nearby church. Its crude shape and unusual tooling suggest early origins rather than later work, though it now lies loose instead of rising in stone. The place keeps both possibilities alive: an old marker displaced by time, or a newer cross mistaken for age. Either way, the break across its shaft records handling, weather and change.

This small crudely carved cruciform cross (L 0.44m; Wth 0.4m) is lying loose on Leaba an Spioraid Naoimh (GA110-023002-), which is to the W of Teampaill Bhreacáin (GA110-010001-). There is a break across shaft just below the arms. Waddell (1973, 27) suggested that it was probably relatively modern but Higgins (1987, vol. 1, 71, vol. 2, 384, no. 104) argues that it may be early based on its site context and the fact that it does not bear the sort of tooling typical of workmanship of the 18th or 19th centuries.
