Crannog in Lough Gara is a crannog in Lough Gara, County Sligo, Ireland. It stands on the south shore of Inch island, about 100 metres east of another crannog, and connects north to the shore by a causeway though winter water surrounds it. The low cairn measures 11.1 metres north to south and 12.2 metres east to west, rising 1.2 metres above the marl lake bed. Its unstable surface holds dense angular flagstones about 0.4 metre across, loosely packed with little soil between them.

In Lough Gara, on the S shore of Inch island, c. 100m E of another crannog (SL047-003----). It is connected to the shore via a causeway at N, but in winter is surrounded by water. It is sparsely covered with grass though there is some overgrowth on the N portion. A low-cairn crannog (11.1m N-S; 12.2m E-W; H 1.2m above the marl lake-bed), the unstable surface of which mainly consists of a dense concentration of angular flagstones (diam. c. 0.4m). The stones are loosely packed with very little soil fill between them. The cairn slopes gently down into the lake and seems to be surrounded by a submerged plateau of flagstones. A possible hut site (SL047-004002-) is visible 9.4m to N.
