Crannog in Lough Gara is a crannog in Lough Gara, County Sligo, Ireland. It is the most westerly of eight smaller crannogs recorded by Cross (1953) in the bay between Derrymore Island and Derrybeg townland. The grass-covered platform measures 9.4 metres north to south and 8.6 metres east to west, rising 0.5 metres above the wet meadow. Scattered sandstone and limestone stones, 0.2 to 0.5 metres across, are set into the ground on its surface.

In a wet meadow, on the N side of a bay below an earlier shoreline of Lough Gara and 33m W of a possible crannog (SL047-012003-). A grass-covered stone platform (9.4m N-S; 8.6m E-W; H 0.5m above the meadow) of scattered sandstone and limestone stones (diam. 0.2-0.5m), most of which are well set into the ground. The platform stands out slightly from the earlier shoreline and also materially from the relatively stone-free meadow. This is the most westerly of a group of eight smaller crannogs recorded by Cross (1953). It is one of a group of eight possible crannogs (see SL047-012003-; SL047-012004-; SL047-012005-; SL047-012006-; SL047-012007-; SL047-012008-; SL047-012009-) and one crannog (SL047-012001-) in the small bay between Derrymore Island and Derrybeg townland.
