According to De Courcy (1996, 166, 200, 247) the King's Inns was established on the site of the Dominican priory of St Saviour in 1541. They initiallly used the priory buildings until c. 1630 when a court of wards was constructed. No visible surface trace.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
