What is recorded here

No visible monument remains in Cloondaff, County Mayo. The court tomb is lost beneath the ground or scattered beyond recognition. Whatever hands placed those stones, and whatever bodies entered the chamber, the earth has taken back the shape. Only the absence is certain now.
