What is recorded here

Aillemore is a quiet court tomb, not a hidden chamber or finished museum piece. Its stones may have marked burial, memory or boundary long before writing gave the place a name. What is missing is not nothing; it is the part that resisted measurement.

Court tomb, dating to the Neolithic period (c. 3500–2500 BCE). These tombs are significant as early communal burial sites and reflect the megalithic traditions of west Ireland.
