Claggan Half-Fosse Fairy Fort — Report the wrong picture

What is recorded here

Half a ring of earth and shadow remains where a whole fort stood, the missing half swallowed by time or forgotten purpose. The surviving curve cuts across good pasture land in County Donegal, shallow enough for a child to step across yet old enough to belong before human memory. The fairies may have taken the other half back, or the mountains may have simply stopped remembering it.

The single-ringed enclosure shown, on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map is now represented by a semicircle of fosse c. 25m in diameter, probably the remains of the N half of the original monument. The fosse is c. 2m wide and 0.5m deep. The site which slopes from N to S is overgrown and is located in good pasture land.
