Cistern in Dublin South City is a cistern in County Dublin, Ireland. Perhaps it stood beside St Michaels Church in 1323, holding rainwater for priests and neighbours while the city drank elsewhere. Maybe its stones still lie buried under pavement, waiting for someone to dig through centuries of forgotten thirst.
Clarke mentions the former existence of a cistern near St Michaels Church in 1323 (2002, 28). Not precisely located.
