What is recorded here
The I. T. A. Survey (1944) describes -. Nearly at Miss Keogh’s house is a very ancient stone building with a stone roof some 5ft thick at the apex. The building resembles an old chapel with its niches + alcoves and occupies a position of close proximity to the church that doubtless it may have been a monastic structure. Not precisely located.
