Church (in ruins)

On a rise in undulating farmland, it stands within a modern irregularly shaped graveyard. Described in OS Letters (O'Flanagan 1927, Vol. 1, 623-4) as an 'old Church ... nearly destroyed'. All that remains of the original fabric of this very poorly preserved rectangular church (E-W; L 16.8m, Wth 5.1m) is part of E gable and adjoining sections of N and S walls. The rest of the masonry is of modern date. The only surviving architectural feature is a plain flat-headed window in E gable which incorporates some dressed stone.
