What is recorded here
According to Westropp (1904-5, 404) site of parish church of Rathcahill 'forgotten in the townland'. However, according to local information it was located across the road from Lady's Well (LI044-006---) in what is now the grounds of a house. No visible trace here now of church or enclosure.
