Church in Croaghnacree

According to Jones (in Grove White 1905-25, vol. 1, 113), the 'foundations of the castle or church and a town were found in ploughing adjacent fields [to the dovecote CO025-105----], also a furnace for burning the dead with remains of fires etc.''.
