Within the southeast quadrant of an early ecclesiastical enclosure in County Galway, a raised rectangular stretch of land holds numerous roughly cut stones marking child graves. The small burial ground sits inside a sacred boundary, suggesting the community reserved this corner for its youngest members rather than scattering them elsewhere. The orientation of the graves and the care taken to set the stones reveal a deliberate act of remembrance in a landscape where childhood loss was met with visible dignity.

An almost rectangular unenclosed raised area (N-S 9m, E-W 6m) within which numerous roughly cut set stones indicate graves oriented E-W.
