Childrens Burial Ground occupies a small unenclosed oval in Galway farmland, marked on a 1928 map and now visible only through thistles, dock leaves and scattered boulders. Local tradition places the last burial about fifty years ago, keeping the site inside living memory rather than antique distance. The children may have belonged to nearby farms, their names lost while the shape of the ground remained known.

In undulating farmland. Marked on 3rd ed. of OS 6-inch map (1928) as a small unenclosed oval area (E-W c. 20m, N-S c. 10m). All that survives is an area of thistles and dock leaves, amongst which some small boulders are visible. According to local tradition, the last burial took place about 50 years ago.
