Children's burial ground in Skehanagh (Killavinoge parish) is a children's burial ground in Skehanagh (Killavinoge parish), County Tipperary, Ireland. It sits in low-lying terrain beside a north-south stream, about 60 metres east of a church and graveyard. A partial earthen bank remains, possibly marking an enclosure, while a bone-filled shore was uncovered at the site. Local memory preserves that children were buried there in the early twentieth century.
Located in low-lying terrain adjacent to a stream flowing N-S. A church and graveyard was located c. 60m to the W. Not marked on the 1st (1840) or the 1904 ed. OS 6-inch map but noted in the Schools Manuscript (Stout 1984, 106). Portion of an earthen bank is visible which may be the remains of an enclosure. According to Stout the site was 'known locally as Kylesean'. The local landowner remembers speaking to an old woman in the 1920s who witnessed in her youth children being buried at this spot. A 'shore' filled with bones was uncovered at this site (ibid.).
