Shantullig South holds a children's burial ground behind a low stone wall on a rocky slope, marked only by an entrance cut through the south side. The ground has fallen into rough pasture and dense undergrowth, hiding whatever marks or shapes once lay inside. Local memory still calls it a cill, suggesting small lives were set down there before the field forgot them.

In rough pasture, in the NE corner of a field on a rocky S-facing slope. A rectangular area (c. 14m N-S; c. 10m E-W) enclosed by a stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.8m) is, according to local information, a 'cill' or children's burial ground. The entrance is in the S wall.
