No graves remain visible inside the Pollaweela rath, yet local tradition holds that unbaptised babies were buried there. The earth has taken back every marker, leaving only a quiet chamber where childhood ended before the world could name it.
In a rath (MA111-002----). According to local tradition the rath interior was used for the burial of unbaptised babies. No graves are now visible.
