A rath (CV023-030001-) which appears to have been utilised as a burial ground. A number of low upright stones which are believed to mark the graves of unbaptized children (local information) occur on the bank and within the internal area. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
