Kilsallagh Lower holds a children's burial ground, a rare admission that the land remembered small bodies before adults named the place. The field may have swallowed infants during fever, famine or birth, while grown hands refused to mark the loss. That is why the ground still feels heavy, not haunted, as if it is waiting for someone to stop calling it empty.
