Killagh Beg holds a children's burial ground inside the south half of a ringfort, where small limestone blocks still mark east-west graves beneath overgrown grass. The site measures barely nine and a half metres long, yet it preserves a row of tiny deaths instead of one grand tomb. Such a place suggests a community that buried its youngest separately, perhaps believing childhood needed its own boundary even within a fortified home.
