Kilcock Upper holds a children's burial ground on rising land, overlooking the surrounding countryside. The 1841-42 Ordnance Survey map marked a circular area for that purpose, but age and weather have pulled the shape into an irregular bowl sloping east and south. A small mound remains in the north-west corner, while the eastern gap suggests an entrance. The place still asks to be treated gently because it served the smallest members of a local community.

This site is situated on rising land and has a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. It appears on the 1841-42 OS map as a circular area (KE005-025002-) which is marked 'Burial Ground for Children'. However, today it appears as an irregularly shaped enclosure which slopes greatly to the E and S, thus making the interior much lower than the surrounding land. This burial ground measures 40.65m N-S, 21m E-W internally and 45m N-S, 39m E-W externally. A mound measuring 4m x 4m internally can be found in the NW sector of the interior.
