Lisheen still belongs to Ballagh East, though no stone or ditch remains visible to mark the children's burial ground. The name itself preserves what the soil forgot, a small enclosed place set apart for the youngest dead. Whatever hands dug those graves, they believed the children deserved a boundary of their own, a place neither forgotten nor mixed into the ordinary field.

Associated with an enclosure (GA017-014----). According to Neary (1914, 113, no. 122), the enclosure was known locally as 'Lisheen', suggesting the presence of a CBG.
