The Dullagh, a small square area in the corner of a roadside field, held unbaptised children and remained separate from the main Ardscull graveyard. It lay in level pasture just outside the large ecclesiastical enclosure, without visible grave markers. OMURETHI (1891-5, 197) identified the place on his annotated map, preserving a distinction the community still recognised when he wrote.

In level pasture just outside, to NW of, a very large ecclesiastical enclosure (KD035-012002-) surrounding Ardscull graveyard (KD035-012004-). In an annotated portion of the OS 6-inch map accompanying his article on Ardscull motte (KD035-010001-), OMURETHI (1891-5, 197), indicates a small square area in the corner of a roadside field which he calls, 'The Dullagh (burial place of unbaptised children)’. A Neolithic court tomb, dating to the 4th–3rd millennium BCE, associated with early ritual and burial practices in the region. Its proximity to a later ecclesiastical site suggests long-term sacred use of the landscape.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
