Pair of semi-detached three-bay two-storey houses, built c.1920, with canted bay windows and gabled porches to the ground floor. Hipped slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and eaves dentils. Rendered walls. Timber pilasters with carved capitals between openings of canted bay window, retaining some original timber casement windows. Some cast-iron railings and gate to site.
This pair of houses are an interesting and notable addition to the streetscape. The pair retain many original features and materials, such as the slate roofs, red brick chimneystacks and canted bay windows. The carved pilasters of the bay windows, and the fine cast-iron gates are notable decorative features of the pair.
