Detached two-bay two-storey house and veterinary clinic, built c.1890, with gabled dormer windows and central porch. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and carved timber bargeboards. Rendered walls, with recessed panel over central porch. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Carved timber piers and balustrades to porch.
This house is a positive and notable addition to the streetscape. The architectural form of the building is enhanced by the retention of many original features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, timber porch, slate roofs, ridge cresting and red brick chimneystacks.
