Situated on a gentle to marked SE-facing slope on the NE edge of a deep gully (Lobawn Brook) in forestry. Oval enclosure (dims. 170m NW-SE; 150m NE-SW) defined at the NW and NE by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2-2.4m; H 0.5m) and at the S by a steep scarp (H 1m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
