What is recorded here

Castlemorris, Ballymullen Road is a castle or fortified house in County Kerry, Ireland. Perhaps the 1450 stones still hold the shape of a room where someone lived before the road existed. Maybe the 1840 rubble walls were built to keep that memory contained rather than lost. Imagine the boundary line drawing itself around a ghost instead of a field.
Remains of Castle-Morris c. 1450, with later attached rubble stone walls c. 1840, forming boundary to Ballymullen Road.
