Castlefish, County Kildare

What is recorded here

In 1837, according to the OSL (Herity 2002, 67 (197)), ‘There are in the Townland of Castlefish, the ruins of an old Castle, which belonged, it is said, to Admiral Fish'. No visible surface traces survived in 1986 (SMR file).
